Building A Community Together
Support Us
It takes a lot to run a theater. Most of all, it takes people, things, and lots (and lots) of courage. Be a hero for a local student, performer, summer program or even director. Contribute any way you like!
Get Involved
On the stage or behind the stage. Usually there are two or three times as many unseen workers as there are visible actors. No experience necessary!

Does your camper like to sing, dance and act?
BCT Jr. and BCT, along with Bemidji Parks & Rec, offer summer day camps and theater for all levels of experience and ability.
Bemidji Community Theater Specializes In Productions By and For Community Members.
Bemidji Community Theater (BCT), a non-profit corporation in a small Minnesota rural town of 12,000, provides theater access to the community at large. According to our Mission Statement, BCT provides theater education and opportunity for people to pursue their interests in theater through acting, directing, and stagecraft support activities in productions by and for community members.
Bemidji Community Theater embarked on a new vision when we purchased a building to be "A Home of Our Own".
The BCT Performing Arts Center at 316 Beltrami Avenue NW, Bemidji, MN, located next to the Chief Theater, established a new "theater district" in the downtown area. This paved the way for year-round performing arts with the Paul Bunyan Playhouse running the professional summer season and Bemidji Community Theater providing performances fall, winter and spring.
